I dont know how many times they practiced it, but I heard that they got it in the very first take once they started filming!!

There is another video by this same group on there. Says it cost $25 and they did it in one shot as well.

Pretty smart if you ask me - especially the treadmill video. Getting LOTS of hits I am sure

their music is pretty good but they got on the MTv music video awards because of this video. not bad for 25 bucks! (I think one of the guys' sister was in film school and made the video for them)

Does this mean they've reached cult status? They just had a little tribute on The Simpsons, lol.
